not sure - but it sounds a little like windshield wipers on a pretty slow setting...?
Come to think of it, this does sound like slow windshield wipers... good guess. It does have to do with cars, though.
The Sound of the Day for September 5, 2005 is a car driving over a bridge. The bumping sounds are the joins between sections of the construction.
Haven't done windshield wipers yet... Hmmmm...
